The Code defines the basic framework of rules of conduct of seven sales representatives d2d CZ Ltd. and d2d SK SpA when communicating with customers.
1. The client knows the same as us
Sales force has always focused on customer needs. Provides complete information, accurate, unbiased, comprehensive. Don’t blots facts that might mislead the consumer. The control of the opposition is behaving politely. Sales representative guarantees equal treatment of customers and non-discrimination for any reason.
2. Always offer the best
Sales representative must be always aware about products, services and competition in order to compare the quality of our products and services partner with the competition.
3. Still be informed
Sales representative must always work with the current sales materials and forms, price lists and delivery conditions.
4. No hidden hooks! Never
Sales representative must always inform the client about how a contract, how to withdraw from the contract and penalties associated with termination of the contract.
5. It's just between us
In contact with a customer sales representative is honest and respectful manner, supporting the reputation of d2d and partners.
6. The customer comes first
When using data representative of protecting trade information, obtained about customers, and in compliance with all requirements of Law No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended so as to prevent the misuse of customer data.
7. Basically we play fair, and always with each
